May 24 (song Sili fengrongquan) on May 24, the rail sea intermodal train carrying 24 sets of new energy vehicle accessories left Liuzhou South Logistics Center, shipped through Qinzhou port and then transported to Jakarta, Indonesia. This is the first time that Guangxi new energy vehicles are exported overseas by railway train, marking the addition of new categories of goods exported by the new land and sea channel in the West.
Liuzhou is the largest industrial city in Guangxi. It is the national auto parts production base, the national auto and parts export base and the national auto industry demonstration base. It is understood that in the past, Guangxi new energy vehicles were mainly exported overseas through road and sea transport. In order to further expand the automobile sales market in Southeast Asia and cope with the increased demand for new energy vehicle transportation, SAIC GM Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd. tried to add an iron sea intermodal mode to ensure the stability of the supply chain in Southeast Asia market.
According to Liu Jingwei, manufacturing engineering director of SAIC GM Wuling overseas business and Engineering Center, SAIC GM Wuling exported 58000 vehicles from January to April this year, with a year-on-year increase of 28%, mainly selling products of global chebaojun 530 and Baojun 510. By the end of 2021, the company has received more than 70 inquiries from China's land rail transit to import new energy vehicles to the sea, which will facilitate the export of new energy vehicles to the west by the end of 2021.
It is understood that the rail sea intermodal train of new energy vehicles starts from Liuzhou to Qinzhou port and then goes directly to Jakarta, realizing the seamless connection of rail sea intermodal transport, saving about seven days compared with the traditional transport mode.
Tang guide, director of Liuzhou freight center of China Railway Nanning Bureau Group Co., Ltd., introduced that the railway department customized the transportation scheme according to the needs of enterprises. There is no need to change the box during the whole transportation, so as to achieve the seamless connection between railway and sea. It is expected that this batch of goods will arrive in Jakarta, Indonesia, in about 20 days to help "made in Guangxi" go abroad.
In order to ensure the smooth operation of the train, China Railway Nanning Bureau Group Co., Ltd. and enterprises such as Guangxi Beibu Gulf International Port Group Co., Ltd. jointly organized the whole process, customized the transportation scheme, and assigned special personnel to monitor and control the whole process of container train loading, so as to ensure the safe and rapid shipment of goods. In view of the current situation of dense arrival and busy unloading of goods at Qinzhou port east station, the railway, port and customs work together to continuously optimize the unloading organization scheme, open up a green channel for new energy vehicle trains, and ensure the efficient loading and export of trains.
Huang Jian, counsellor of the people's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, introduced that at present, Guangxi Liugong loaders and Wuling Hongguang cars are transported north to Moscow, Kazakhstan, Almaty, Russia, and south to Southeast Asia, Indonesia and other countries. The new land sea channel in the West has not only construction machinery, complete vehicles, auto parts, rails for railway transportation, but also computer parts, The high-quality development and trade of goods have been realized, which is of positive significance to Guangxi's foreign trade and investment.
Since the first railway sea intermodal train of the new western land sea channel started from Qinzhou port east station in 2017, seven lines have been opened in Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Henan, Guidong and Northern Guangxi, and seamlessly connected with the China Europe train in Chongqing. The service covers 102 stations in 53 cities in 14 provinces, radiating 6 continents and connecting more than 300 ports in more than 100 countries and regions around the world. As of May 23 this year, 291000 TEUs of goods were shipped by the railway sea intermodal train of the new land sea channel in the west, a year-on-year increase of 37.5%.
