New Mahindra Scorpio launched in Chennai for Rs 8.43

Following the national launch yesterday, the new Mahindra Scorpio was launched in Chennai today priced from Rs.8.43 Lakhs ex-showroom.The new-generation Scorpio gets new transmission, pad suspension and anti-roll technology, dual-projector headlights, LED eyebrows, a new chrome front grille, new road-armoured bumpers, LED taillights and new 17-inch alloy wheels.Inside, the Scorpio gets a new blue-grey interior and dual shaded dashboard, loaded with an attractive center console with a functional, futuristic instrument cluster, new sports steering wheel, AC ventilation with audio and cruise control and chrome mouth.

The new Scorpio is powered by the same MHAWK engine with 118 HP and 280Nm of torque, which is mated to a new 5-speed manual transmission.The SCORPIO is also available with a 4x4 option, with the conversion of the flight function.Other features include a new high-tech 6-inch touchscreen infotainment system with built-in GPS navigation, engine immobilizer, tire push, anti-lock brakes, Intellipark reverse assist.

The new generation Scorpio will be available in multiple seating configurations - 7, 8 and 9 seats.It comes in five attractive colour options namely Diamond White, Fiery Black, Mist Silver, New Melted Red and New Regal Blue and 6 variants - S2, S4, S6, S6+S8, S10.
