Infineon launches XENSIV 60 GHz radar sensor for highly reliable in-vehicle monitoring systems

The BGT60ATR24C is optimized for size and space: 4 GHz ultra-wide bandwidth FMCW operation in a small package, with sensor configuration and data collection done through a digital interface; and independent data collection through power mode optimization to achieve lowest power consumption.Additionally, the scheme features two transmit channels (TX) and four receive channels (RX) and provides excellent thermal management.
