On June 6, Dongfeng Motor announced the express report of production and sales data in May 2022. Among them, the totalproductionof automobiles was 6,417 units, a year-on-year decrease of 51.84%, and the total sales volume was 9,160 units, a year-on-year decrease of 46.74%.

From January to May, the cumulative production of automobiles was 60,760 units, a year-on-year decrease of 25.59%; the cumulative sales volume was 58,776 units, a year-on-year decrease of 31.84%.

On May 31, Dongfeng Motor announced that its controlling shareholder will be changed to Dongfeng Group, and the actual controller will be changed to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.

On May 30, Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dongfeng Motor") announced that Dongfeng Group and Dongfeng Co., Ltd. signed the "Share Transfer Agreement", which stipulated that Dongfeng Co., Ltd. will transfer its 598 million shares of the company to Dongfeng Group. , accounting for 29.9% of the company's total issued shares, and the agreed transfer price is 5.60 yuan per share.It is also agreed that after the completion of this share transfer agreement, Dongfeng Group will issue a partial tender offer to all shareholders of the listed company except Dongfeng Group, and the number of shares to be acquired by the tender offer is 502 million shares (accounting for 25.10% of the company's total issued shares). The price is 5.6 yuan per share to gain control over the listed company.
