Among them, Jianghuai passenger vehicles sold 21,219 units in May, an increase of 12.4% compared to the same period last year. Pure electric passenger vehicles are still the main sales growth point, with 14,241 units sold in May, an increase of 52.21 units compared to 9,356 units in the same period last year. %.From January to May, JAC Passenger Vehicle sold a total of 99,243 new vehicles, which was basically the same as the same period last year.

In terms of models, JAC SUVs and MPVs both achieved good growth last month, selling 16,712 and 3,607 new cars respectively, up 14.38% and 198.35% year-on-year, while only 900 sedans were sold in the same period, compared with the same period last year. Compared with 3,060 vehicles, it fell 70.59%.In the first five months, SUVs and MPVs sold a total of 78,277 new cars and 13,168 units, a year-on-year increase of 9.69% and 10.3% respectively. A total of 16,428 sedans were sold, a year-on-year decrease of 52.53%.

Recently, closely following the national 60 billion yuan passenger car purchase tax reduction pace, JAC announced that from June 1 to December 31, on the basis of the state subsidy of 50%, it will subsidize Sihao and Refine by 50%. It means that the relevant models can be fully exempted from purchase tax.Based on this positive stimulus, it is expected to further boost the performance of JAC in the end market.
