Xiaokang Co., Ltd. received 6 billion credit from ICBC Chongqing Branch

On June 13, Xiaokang Industrial Group Co., Ltd. and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Chongqing Branch signed a strategic cooperation agreement recently.

According to the agreement, ICBC Chongqing Branch will provide 6 billion yuan of credit to Xiaokang Co., Ltd., which is mainly used for the financing of Xiaokang Co., Ltd. and its related parties, auto consumer finance, and supply chain financing.This cooperation also provides more convenient financing conditionsfor Xiaokang Co., Ltd. to transform and upgrade to thenew energy strategy and pursue high-quality development.

The agreement stipulates that ICBC Chongqing Branch will give full play to the advantages of diversified financial services and actively support the industry development and transformation and upgrading of Xiaokang Co., Ltd., mainly focusing on comprehensive credit services, digital transformation services, cash management, online banking services, retail financial business and international business. etc., to provide comprehensive, high-quality and efficient financial services.This signing also means that the cooperation between the two parties will be closer and jointly promote the continuous deepening and development of the comprehensive and long-term strategic cooperative relationship.

Xiaokang has invested nearly 10 billion yuan in research and development in the past 6 years, and the annual innovation research and development investment exceeds 10% of sales revenue.In 2021, Xiaokang shares will achieve revenue of 16.7 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 16.9%.
