On June 22, according to the Tianyancha App, Yibin Times Kaiyi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established recently, with the legal representative Qu Tao and the registered capital of 20 million yuan. Its business scope includes engineering and technical research and experimental development;new energy vehiclesRecycling and cascade utilization of waste power batteries; battery manufacturing; battery sales; new material technology research and development, etc.Shareholder information shows that the company is held 51% and 49% by Ningde Times New Energy Industry Investment Co., Ltd. and Yibin Kaiyi Automobile Co., Ltd. respectively.

Kaiyi Automobile officially signed a contract with Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. as a comprehensive partner in early February this year.The scope of cooperative business includes digital transformation of enterprises, development of new-generationintelligent and connectedvehicles, etc.

Yibin Kaiyi Automobile has introduced CATL, Huawei and other companies, and has also set a goal of reaching 500,000 vehicle production and sales, 200GWh of power battery production and sales, and anoutput valuescale of 400 billion yuan in the next five years.
