Activate Accident Repair CEO and Activate Group CCO Victoria Turner has joined the Automotive 30% Club in a bid to increase the diversity of her business.

"Joining the Automotive 30% Club is only part of our plan to further develop an inclusive, open culture across the business," Turner said.

"We are currently building repair solutions across the UK, which puts us in a strong position to challenge the existing way of doing things and work towards greater diversity within our teams."

Activate Accident Repairs, part of the Activate Group, opened its first body shop in Birmingham in 2019 and now has four purpose-built repair centres in urban areas across the country. Its Warrington site opened in June.
