Genesis Studio is equipped with Genesis Personal Assistants (GPAs), which work on a commission-free basis.

GPAs will be assigned to customers at the time of purchase and remain a direct point of contact throughout their ownership experience.

Genesis includes home delivery, warranty, service, roadside assistance, a courtesy car, maps and over-the-air software updates in the pricing of its vehicles as part of the brand's five-year maintenance program.

As part of a unique retail model, Pilkington also said that Genesis will also make as many follow-up drop-off appointments as the customer prefers or needs -- each time the vehicle is delivered in a covered trailer, at the customer's home -- to learn about their vehicles.
