Subaru unveils new version of Outback

Subaruhas introduced a new version of the Outback, which can rightly be called the "most off-road" in the lineup.Specially prepared for the Canadian market, theSubaruOutback Field Edition differs from the standard version with a special body kit, contrasting interior and exterior trims, and increased ground clearance.

Subaruis positioning the novelty not only as the "most off-road" version of the Outback, but also as the "most durable" version of the Outback, which has many features that other models don't have.In the future, the brand will introduce other off-road vehicles in the Wilderness series, with the Outback being the first tire.

The Wilderness Edition features a specially tuned suspension that is stiffer than before and provides greater stability on rough terrain.The equipment also includes an off-road operating mode with an X-mode transmission with extended capabilities and Snow/Dirt and Deep Snow/Mud curves, which select the best characteristics of the traction control system and power unit.

The novelty is 20mm higher than the "regular" Outback: ground clearance has been increased to 241mm.Therefore, the approach angle increased from 18.6 degrees to 20 degrees, the exit angle increased from 21.7 degrees to 23.6 degrees, and the bank angle - from 19.4 degrees to 21.2 degrees.
