It is understood that the planned area of ​​the second phase of the Taicang plant is about 20,000 square meters. The cumulative equipment investment is expected to exceed 1.4 billion yuan. It is planned to be completed in mid-May 2023. After completion, 2 motor production lines, 1 electric bridge production line and 3 power module production lines.The latest generation of flat wire motors and silicon carbide power modules will be produced here.

The Taicang factory is the production base ofnew energyproducts of United Electronics and the sixth production base of United Electronics. It mainly produces electric bridges, power modules, motors and other products. The factory is designed and constructed in accordance with the standards of Industry 4.0 and has industry-leading manufacturing capabilities. .The first phase of the project was delivered for production in August 2018. Since it was put into production, the Taicang plant has produced about 250,000 electric bridges, 380,000 power modules, and more than 1 million motor products. It has become Bosch's world-leading new energy benchmark factory.
