途观后悬挂异响「途观后排座椅异响怎么办」

故障现象：

一辆全新途观，车辆行驶中后排座椅处有异响。

故障诊断与排除：

通过检查证实了客户所描述的现象，异响来自第二排座椅导轨。拆卸第二排座椅，确认座椅导轨间隙过小(图 5)，内轨与外轨涂装表面存在摩擦痕迹(图6)。经证实，此问题属于汽车出厂问题，座椅内外导轨铆接后左右间隙有偏差，行驶中产生摩擦异响，更换有异响的座椅导轨，故障排除。全新途观生产线自 2016 年 12 月 1 日起，后排座椅导轨零件状态已优化。座椅导轨生产日期标注见零件标签(图7)。
